Position:

Bulgari SPA, within its
Global
Human Resources Department based in
Rome, is looking for a
Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist (
6-MONTH CONTRACT).

Starting date:
May/June 2023.

Coordinate/support the assigned CSR projects/initiatives (environment, social, supply chain), upon LVMH and/or Bulgari input, guaranteeing the participation of all the related stakeholders and possible external partners and the constant monitoring of plans, project timing, outputs, KPIs and costs (budget monitoring).
Contribute to Bulgari's initiatives to ensure the respect of CSR principles throughout the supply chain by the definition and implementation (in cooperation with BU's Operations depts) of specific mappings, surveys, due diligence and audits.
Coordinate and deliver actions (e.g. communities, communications, training etc.) to increase the CSR awareness within Company's culture and by employees, in cooperation with HR (local and global), Learning and Internal Communication; actively ensure the constant alignment of the global Bulgari CSR community.
Cooperate with External Relations department on CSRrelated communication.
Support projects and actions on diversity & inclusion management and actively contribute to Company's crossdepartmental teams linked to the improvement of work environment (e.g. Wellbeing).
Constantly update Company knowledge and expertise on CSR topics, also benchmarking bestinclass and collecting regulation updates, then identifying improvement actions.

Profile:

Technical Skills

Master's Degree preferably in Engineering/Economics
1/2 years' experience in CSR departments, preferably in complex/multinational Company or consulting firms
Knowledge of environmental and social management principles and techniques and of supply chain monitoring techniques (e.g. due diligence).
Highly skilled in data and project management
Understanding of engagement and learning processes and techniques
Knowledge of main office computing and web/social tools
Fluent in English and Italian, French as a plus
