    Our engineering team is looking for a ADAS Test & Integration Manager.

    We need a person who is well organized, precise to details, responsible, open minded, communicative, ready to work in a team, with good knowledge of English and most likely enjoys driving.

    Join our team of enthusiastic and experienced people to become a leader of software development process for an entire driver assistance area of future vehicles of a renowned Global automotive manufacturer.

    Responsibilities

    • Client facing, technical project management, estimation of change requests
    • Steering communications between the client and the supplier team, drive technical negotiations and conversations
    • Review, analysis and test case creation for comprehensive Customer/Software Requirements and scenarios
    • Assistance in creation test strategy, test plan, release test documentation.
    • Test case maintenance in compliance with product evolution, requirements and test cases traceability tracking SKILLS
    Must have

    Technical skills:
    ADAS, VECTOR, Lauterbach TRACE32, Automotive EE Architecture, Test ManagementOther skills:Automotive R&D activities/Project DeliveryAutomotive ADA DomainSystem/SW Discipline/DesignSW Flashing (tools and setups)SW Debugging (tools)Automotive networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)Work within a team which distributed over several locations in different time zonesUnderstanding of (provide short overview and answer related questions)Change control processSkills (examples from previous projects with detailed explanation and achieved goals)Strong communication/reporting skillsTeam player, strong communication/reporting skillsComplex problem solving exampleLearning from mistakesUnanticipated challengesVery senior level of client communication Nice to have
