Fellow position in Synthesis of Colloidal Semiconductor Nanocrystals

Project: "Italian Energy Materials Acceleration Platform" (IEMAP)_
Commitment & contract: 6 months contract duration _
Location: Genova, Italy_

WHO WE ARE

YOUR TEAM

You'd be working in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary group: chemists, materials scientists and physicists collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out common research.

Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:

Colloidal synthesis of nanocrystals to be employed in photovoltaic devices
Characterization of nanocrystals via structural, compositional, and spectroscopic techniques
Characterization of the electrical properties of nanocrystals films

This open position/research is financed by Mission Innovation initiative

MiSE-ENEA, through the project "Italian Energy Materials Acceleration Platform

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU SHINE

A PhD in chemistry or materials science
Experience on nanomaterials synthesis
The ability to properly report, organize and publish research data
Good command in spoken and written English

Experience on colloidal nanocrystals.
Good communication skills
