What can you expect?

  • A journey of growth and acceleration that includes both technical and theorical training moments to be alternated with onthejob training sessions with the steady coaching of three different key figures: a Tutor, a Mentor and a Buddy;

We will count on you to:

  • Support to determine sales strategy and orientation, including new market development plan, growth plan of existing clients etc., maximize sales effectiveness and leverage resources;
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decisionmaking;
  • Support, create and manage individual development plan that includes financial goals, specific prospects and sales strategies;
  • Collaborate closely with Segment Leader to understand business objectives, requirements, and ensure alignment with strategies;
  • Support HR function in sales training and other professional development courses;
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' activities, and insurance requirements.

What you need to have:


  • University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.) or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
  • Fluency in English beyond that in Italian;
  • Consolidated advanced skills in using the main ITtools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint);
  • A strong interest in the area of insurance brokerage and risk management;
