We have an opportunity for a
Privacy Specialist for our Legal department.

Main activities:

Provide support to the Global Data Protection Officer in carrying out his duties, as identified by the personal data protection legislation, collaborating in particular in the following tasks:

to inform and advise the company, the group of companies and their employees on the obligations under data protection regulations, also managing Italian and global projects in the privacy field;

- to monitor compliance with personal data protection legislation and with group and company policies in relation to the personal data protection, including the assignment of responsibilities, awareness-raising and training of staff involved in processing operations, and the related audits;
- to supervise new projects (in particular, relating to the development and implementation of new technologies) in some cases also coordinating cross-functional teams;
- _to draft minutes or documents and to performe administrative tasks_

_Requirements:
_

Degree in law
Nice to have: qualification as a lawyer
Nice to have: Master's or postgraduate course on
personal data protection legislation:
At least 2 years' experience in personal data protection legislation gained working in law firms, consulting firms or companies
Solid knowledge and preparation on European and international personal data protection issues
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Nice to have: studies or professional experience abroad
Mastery of common IT tools
Proactivity and results orientation
Attitude to teamwork.
