Position context

  • They will be the point of reference for defining the content strategy, vision, and media investments related to digital channels, contributing to the definition of creative platforms with the Brand Management function and Marketing specialists, coordinating the most effective implementation of the same for their area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:


Strategy

  • Support Brand Teams in defining the most appropriate Communication and engagement plan (across Owned, Paid, and Earned channels) supporting the Brand positioning, strategy, and execution

Content & Partnerships

  • Develop new / adapt existing toolkit for Owned, Paid, and Earned channels, to guide and inspire the italian market.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development of local campaigns and editorial plans to drive reach and engagement
  • Content development: developing communication platforms and campaigns
  • Design, plan and execute the most appropriate Brand Partnerships, supporting the Brand positioning, strategy, and optimizing allocated budget
  • Design and lead the integrated Social Media strategy, plan and objectives effectively and innovatively identifying opportunities to engage with audiences and communities
  • Coordination & Implementation of digital learning roadmap
  • Champion digital engagement and social media, sharing expertise to build capability across the communications team

Culture

  • Translating the global culture marketing strategy into a national strategy and creating a locally relevant and innovative program
  • Develop new concepts and ideas, evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our existing programs, and align closely with our media business entities
  • Create and execute highquality communication platforms of all scales and leverage local projects and programs
  • Plan and realize an efficient 3rd Party partnership program
  • Manage partnership and sponsorship negotiations Negotiate and secure relevant rights (i.e. partners, music, artists) to ensure all created content can be sufficiently utilized via our media business
    Planning & Activation

Owned

  • Lead development of globally relevant platforms, partnerships, and assets to fulfill communication needs, in alignment with Brand Teams
  • Support local brand team to maximize the use of global brand assets for online channels

Paid

  • Development of realtime content connected with experiential events (organic and/or paid), in alignment with Brand Teams and Media/Experiential Teams
  • Provide inputs for Brand Teams on content development, formats, and adaptation of global campaigns
  • Lead amplification of local upcoming directtoconsumer websites managed globally

Earned

  • Works in partnership with PR/Advocacy team to propose digital influencer strategies and opportunities for the brands

Insights

  • Monitor new trends/insights in digital and communication platforms / new languages and continuously update and inspire Brand Teams. Responsible for seeking out new digital tools, trends, and techniques that might be of benefit to our business and brands, and sharing learnings and recommendations with the broader business.
    Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Responsible for setting KPIs for our digital activity that align with our business and brand objectives, and for the thorough evaluation of our activities. Also responsible for making recommendations for how we can further drive the effectiveness of all of our digital activity.

Empowerment
Ensure appropriate and effective coaching to BMs on the media market, technologies, new platforms, communications technology and trends, Advocacy and Culture, and Experiential trends to accelerate their learning curve
Financial Management

  • Responsible for managing the relevant A&P budgets as per the above activities

Internal:

Brand Management team; Marketing Specialists (Media, Brand PR, Communications & Events, Market Research); Group Strategic Marketing; Group Communication & Sustainability; Trade Marketing Dpt; Campari Academy Manager; Sales Dpt.


External:
Agencies Media/Web Agencies/Media Vendors/Trafficking and Monitoring Third Party


Requirements:


  • At least 7+ years experience in Media/Social Management/Agencies, plus Companies and Events and PR/Comms management
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must, fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of ATL and BTL media communications
