The Opportunity**
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support through a variety of channels
  • Efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues and questions
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the internal team to resolve technical issues and provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services
  • Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures

Who Are We Looking For

In practice this means:

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform is preferred
