Key Responsibilities

  • As Seller Advisor you will drive sellers to adopt either iBuyer, acquiring the seller's property, or On-Demand Agency service focusing on:
  • Sales negotiation, converting prospect sellers into Casavo customers, being able to gain their trust and strike the deal that meets their need
  • Managing the purchase phase process of real estate or of a mandate acquisition, identifying the fair market value of the property in collaboration with pricing team
  • Putting customer satisfaction at first place, gathering inputs on their needs and consequently drive them to adopt the most suitable Casavo service
  • Gathering insights to influence marketing and product roadmap to shape value proposition for sellers

Key Qualifications for the Role:


As an Seller Advisor you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Focus on inbound conversion (high level conversions), already experience in the role 1-3 years
  • Analytical Skills on Real estate sector (Eg: Transactions Reports and FMV Generation)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problemsolving and entrepreneurial attitude;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • English and Italian fluency.

We'd excited if you have:


  • Real estate experience, or Knowledge of the real estate Market
  • Working in digital Sales Companies as Account Executive or Account Manager
