Our client is a leading company in the
design and production of products for gas and water.


With their state-of-the-art internal lab, workshops for prototypes, and collaboration with universities, they strive to deliver innovative solutions to their customers.


As part of their expansion strategy, we are seeking a motivated
SALES AREA MANAGER to join our team and strengthen our presence in the
DACH area.



Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of the DACH market, focusing on Austria and southern Germany at first, for then expand to the region.
  • Cultivate and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and engage new potential customers, within the designers, architects and wholesalers segment and large companies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the unique value propositions.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications:

Fluent in German and Italian, with a deep understanding of the German culture and business practices.

  • Proven track record in sales within a production environment. International sales experience is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain longterm relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with the ability to work independently and achieve set sales goals.
