Position Overview
The intern works together with the HR Team of Tiffany South Europe.

She/he will collaborate in the accurate administration of payroll processes for all Cluster employees, as well as completing all related reporting requirements.

Payroll processing

  • Support in the payroll processing for all employee transactions (new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence etc.) for all Cluster employees;
  • Manage and maintain positive vendor relationships acting as the first point of contact;
  • Comply with all relevant payroll legislation to ensure compliance is adhered to at all times;
HR System and Administration Reporting

  • Support the team in ensuring all new hire paperwork, offer letters and employment contracts are completed in a timely manner.
  • Complete any requested audit reports in partnership with finance;
  • Act as a point of contact for Tiffany & Co. internal audit, providing required payrollrelated reporting and data on an ad hoc basis, partnering with finance department. Provide all HR reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
  • Update the internal HR system with all proper information.

Requirements:


  • Industry specific experience (Retail, Luxury or multi brand e.g. luxury department or Specialty Retail) is a plus
  • Superb attention to detail a must
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, followup, problemsolving & creative thinking skills
  • Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships at all levels
  • Well organised; detail oriented; self starter; strong initiative; calm demeanor (volume & timelines)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Diplomatic & discreet
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in English and Italian (Spanish is preferred)
