Our Client is an important Consultancy Company belonging to an International Group, recognised among the Big4, Market Leader and specialised in different Services such as Auditing and Accounting Organisation, Taxation, Transaction and Advisory.

To reinforce the internal team, we are looking for the following profile:

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION TAX CONSULTANT

Posizione:

In the
ITTC Team, you will be part of the following activities:

Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service;
Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations;
Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients;
Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical / business driven approach taken;
Responsible for daytoday delivery of client liaison;
Key member of one of the client service groups providing full tax services to a client portfolio.

Requisiti:

Requirements:

2 / 5 years of experience in private equity and m&a, with emphasis on international tax structuring and due diligence at a professional organization, law firm or in house;
Excellent English oral and written skills;
Ability to build strong client relationships.
