Job description:

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as
IT Business Analyst in one of our opportunities in the
Food and Beverage world in
Milan?

What will you do?

  • Help organizations improve their systems and processes;
  • Works across both business and IT to provide technology solutions;
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes as well as requirements;
  • Analyze & determine business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specification;
  • Provide support to the Project Manager and Development Teams for all functional topics;
  • Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner;
  • Provide support and attend to the User Acceptance Tests (UAT);
  • Supporting users' participation in deployments and implementation activities.

What do we request?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent;
  • 4+ years of relevant experience as IT Business Analyst working in Agile;
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English;
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams;
  • Experience in troubleshooting;
  • Understanding of business practices;
  • Experience in operational coordination of multidisciplinary teams;


  • Experience in SDLC

  • Software Development Life Cycle;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Problemsolving aptitude;
  • Fluent English.
