Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serve a wide range of beverages with flair and precision.
  • Creating innovative and unique cocktails tailored to guest preferences.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to offer perfect food and drink pairings.

Exceed expectations revealing:

  • Proven experience as a bartender, showcasing your mixology skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of different types of spirits, wines, and cocktails.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Capacity to identify improvement actions aimed at increasing quality.
  • Knowledge of local context.
  • If you live in Rome, it's a plus for us
