The job holder will report to controlling team manager, that reports to the CFO, and the new teammember is included in a team having the following main missions:

Your tasks:

Define, control and analyse the P&L costs below the Direct Variable Margin by cost centers for Plan/Actual/Forecast with focus on special costs (e.g. travel expenses, IT costs, marketing costs), support in the quarterly preparation of the Segmented P&L for LRD purposes
Prepare report for monthly statistical positions to HQ in line with the ZF Corporate instructions and make the upload in the SAP consolidation system
Check, map and release new material items in the SAP TP1 cockpit
Run reports in SAP TP1and to analyse Inventory valuation and inventory devaluation, create investment orders in SAP TP1 according to Plan position
Perform in all daily activities an approach based on analysis by identifying and report any deviations of Actual vs Plan/Forecast/Previous Year, any critical issues and risks

Your profile:

University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
Very Good knowledge of the MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of the SAP TP1 / BW system
Fluent Italian and very good English skills
Analytical skills and proactive behavior
