You are a disciplined project manager that makes the trains run on time across complex business systems. You thrive under pressure and have experience in leading large cross-functional teams to deliver OTIF against tight deadlines.You are not afraid to walk off the beaten track - you will champion innovative ways of working and look for continuous improvement with an ambitious test & learn agenda, encouraging marketing that is fun, learns from failures and innovates every day to elevate Unilever's capabilities and execution.

What You'll Need To Succeed Passion for digital marketing, and desire to leave a mark.
