Italdesign is looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join the team in charge of industrial relations, labour law, global mobility, labour cost, payroll and time management.

In particular, the resource will be managing different topics related to three major HR clusters: global mobility, labour conditions and administration of legal requirements.

To manage the challenges of the role, a flexible mindset and willingness to work towards objectives is needed.

Responsibilities- Cooperating with the major stakeholders in the HR team, the specialist will define and implement innovative working standards and labour conditions for the Italian sites and locations abroad;- Perform administration duties relating to the conditions of employment (i.e. regulatory document revision, internal customer support, group reporting, data analysis, etc.) in close cooperation with the other HR professionals;- Sharing the knowledge of the National Collective Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico) and Collective Bargaining Agreement, offering the proper interpretation for the correct implementation.

Experience in the industrial sector
Zucchetti modules knowledgeOTHER INFORMATIONS

Education:

Bachelor or Master degree (economics, law, social studies or specific HR related fields)
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.

Knowledge of German would be appreciated
