We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel, within our Legal Shared Services department in Italy, to be part of our team, based either in Milan or Florence.


Job Description:

You will be integrated in the legal team which provides legal support to the functions managing industrial operations, product compliance and supply chain sustainability on a variety of legal matters in the fields of commercial law.

  • Provide legal assistance in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial agreements both in English and in Italian (e.g. service, consultancy, commercial, supply agreements)
  • Provide legal assistance on daytoday advice in relation to commercial agreements
  • Support in preparing answer to legal questions and in legal researches
  • Support in preparing corporate documentation and company secretarial
  • Support in compliance projects
  • Create memoranda and opinions for the benefit of internal clients

- are_A qualified attorney with proven experience in an international law firm or corporation with focus in the business law area
  • Fluent Italian and English speaker, French knowledge will be considered a plus
  • Individual with strong attention to details and high level of confidentiality
  • Passionate and flexible team player, with proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Proficient user of MS Suite
