BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER ORDER-TO-CASH


Julius Meinl is embarking on a business transformation journey, targeted at the digitalization of the whole company and the
redesign of the existing business processes, with a focus on the end-to-end.


For this journey, we are looking for a Business Process Owner for the Order-to-Cash stream to drive the process design and harmonization for the whole Julius Meinl Group during the S4 HANA implementation and beyond.

The BPO will report into the Director Commercial Digitalization.


WHAT YOU WILL FOCUS ON:


  • Govern and proactively develop and enhance endtoend process structure across Business Units and functions
  • Collaborate with process stakeholders and peers to ensure efficient process operations
  • Monitor process performance and drive process improvement goals and investment decisions
  • Manage process changes and ensure process compliance
  • Determine how to operationalize process in alignment with strategic vision
  • Decide which process improvement opportunities to pursue
  • Determine prioritization of process opportunities in pipeline
  • Own enabling technology decisions for endtoend process, partnering with IT

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish endtoend process vision and develop process roadmap
  • Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prioritize and secure funding for process improvement opportunities
  • Drive process improvements
  • Promote datadriven and processoriented continuous improvement culture
  • Ensure transformation programs successfully aligns with process priorities

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business administration

Business Understanding (ideally retail & FMCG)

ERP & Project Management (ideally SAP)

  • Excellent knowledge of
    English language both verbally and in writing

Willingness to travel (approx. 40%)

  • Advanced leadership & communication skills
  • Pragmatic, handson, goal oriented
