Mission of the Job

It must contribute to develop and implement the standards and routines of different lean tools, assuring their sustainability, as well as promote the Digital Initiatives
:

Reports to Ho Industrial Operations and Shared Services:

Main activities
- to define, develop and implement a complete set of performance indicators to support business decision-making
- to measure business performance and to identify deviations to the targets, in a harmonized way in Airbus D&S Operations perimeter
- to help Operations team and the corresponding support functions to be able to achieve the targeted performances
- to contribute to and get advantage of the existing BT network in Airbus Defence & Space to implement all relevant initiatives, including Digital initiatives that will support the global business transformation
- to deploy digital tools

Competences

Education/Training:

Engineering Degree or equivalent

Experience:

5 years' experience in similar position
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Project Management and Performance Management
Knowledge of production processes and technologies.
Communication and leadership skills.

Tool or product requirements:

SAP
Microsoft Office
DeMAT is a plus

Languages:

English
Other languages is a plus
