This role reports to the Provisioning Manager and will be responsible for:

Control the E2E customer provisioning process with particular focus on wholesaler management

- implementation of operational solutions, processes and touchpoints for every phase of activation journey
- guarantee that provisioning requirements and processes for customer management will be aligned both with internal business needs and market players though competitive benchmarks
- guarantee all wholesalers' end-to-end governance including contracts, economics' assurance, escalation and operational procedures
- guarantee the best customer experience by reducing possible problem to customers in the fulfillment process.
- implementation of operational control model and KPI to monitor quality and process effectiveness and efficiency of Broadband activations
- triggering continuous improvement actions to increase activation performances on quality, process effectiveness and efficiency and increase performance on quality, process effectiveness and efficiency.

Support and define new capabilities launch ensuring provisioning fulfilment performance and differentiating customer experience
Collaborate effectively with main internal stakeholders (i.e. customer care, Sales, marketing, technical department).

Requisiti richiesti:

Degree in scientific discipline
Telecomunication and Project Management Skills
Innovation, perspective view
Strong Analytical Skills
Strongly interpersonal skills, in particular productive relationships with all stakeholder including wholesalers, customer care and third parties
Experience in TELCO industry is a plus
