Di cosa ti occuperai?
Responsabilità dell'Help Desk Secondo Livello WSMS

Risolvere i problemi relativi alla configurazione della soluzione gestionale WSMS a livello di tenant.
Supportare il team Help Desk L1 su problematiche complesse.
Creare, inoltrare e gestire il ticket al supporto L
Consulenza specialistica sulla soluzione gestionale WSMS
Mantenere le FAQ e la documentazione relativa al supporto
Coordinare le attività con i provider locali relativamente alle interfacce.
Collaborare e supportare il Bosch Product Specialist WSMS.

Qualifiche

Cosa ti contraddistingue?

Requisiti necessari:

Madrelingua italiano
Comprovata esperienza di almeno 5 anni con soluzioni gestionali ERP e Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Esperienza con processi di officina auto.
Forte orientamento al Cliente
Capacità di problemsolving e di creazione di documentazione
Buona conoscenza inglese (scritto e parlato)
