We are seeking a Marketing Intern for our Legnano (MI) office within the Consumer Goods Business Unit to assist our Category Managers with operational tasks.

The Intern is a vital member of the marketing team, tasked with designing and implementing shopper programs that enhance the conversion of our products, including Tempo, Tena, Nuvenia, and DemakUp.


This role involves leading specific account activations, contributing to larger strategic shopper initiatives, and serving as a crucial link between the marketing and sales teams.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with diverse team members and departments to contribute to current projects, including engaging in brainstorming sessions, conducting research, and performing analyses.
  • Execute research on designated topics, encompassing data collection, trend analysis, and insight generation.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of reports, presentations, and various forms of documentation.
  • Learn from seasoned professionals by shadowing colleagues, acquiring knowledge about daily responsibilities and industry standards.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops, contributing to discussions, and documenting proceedings through detailed minutes and notes.

Who You Are

  • Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new digital tools are required.
  • Personal transportation is necessary due to the office's inaccessibility by public transport.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, along with excellent communication skills, is mandatory.
  • Ability to understand diverse perspectives and experiment with new methods is valued.
  • Selfmotivation, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are expected.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication abilities are essential.
  • Good time management skills are important.
  • Problemsolving and analytical capabilities are beneficial.
