We are looking for
Assistant
Project Manager to join our Project and Program Management and team within ARUP Milan Office.


Your role:

Support the Project Manager, the lead engineers of the infrastructure team and the project and program management team, in order to:

  • analyse the construction budgets, cost assessment, carry out benchmark analysis
- check design, construction works progress and budget against objectives and the set programme
- analyse and prepare construction or design schedules
- attend meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, coordinate and ensure that timeline is respected
- enhance the good relationship and the communications between team members and stakeholders of the projects
- support the organization of the data and information flow through the various phases of the projects
- support site supervision

The role will be carried out in a team, with the support and guideline by the team leaders.


Required:


  • 02 years of experience;
  • Passion and interest for large infrastructures
  • Fluency in both Italian and English language;
  • Proactive approach;
  • Attention to detail and deadline oriented;
  • Planning and organisational skills;
  • Communications skills (including formal and informal presentations, written communications and reports);
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and AutoCAD

Preferred:

Attitude of taking independent initiative, exhibiting creative problem-solving, eagerness to learn, good communication soft-skills, while remaining dedicated to teamwork

Be keen to travel within the region (Europe)
