  • We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.
  • The Internal Communications Operations Sr Specialist will be essential in implementing the internal communication strategy for our Italian Plant. She/he will be responsible for shaping storytelling around the company's strategic growth drivers and work directly with our business leaders to develop ad hoc projects and campaigns.
  • Her/his key activities will include:
  • Providing support in creation of storytelling around internal communications matters (diversity, equity & inclusion, environmental sustainability, business drivers), developing written materials, including internal-communication messages and posts, press releases, Q&As and speeches
  • Collaborating with other internal teams to create and deliver compelling communications projects and local initiatives in line with the corporate guidelines
  • Developing new digital tools and format to innovate the employees communications
  • Coordinating eternal providers/agencies for the development of comms materials
  • When necessary, he/she must be able to propose new graphics, correctly brand communications, write texts for communications of various levels.

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and:
  • You have a educational background in Communications or languages
  • You have at least 2/4 years of experiences in internal or corporate communications
  • You have a previous experience in a Plant
  • You have solid experience in Power Point, Excel, Word, Acrobat (software)
  • You have solid experience in project management
  • You have a strong problem solving skills and writing skills
  • You have at least basic knowledge of Adobe, Indesign, photoshop and illustrator
