Are you the self-confident, proactive, service minded and ambitious Talent Acquisition professional who wants to contribute to the growth of AbbVie supporting our Manufacturing Campoverde facility, in alignment with the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Group and collaborating with Italy Talent Acquisition Manager?

AbbVie is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, in Campoverde di Aprilia

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in AbbVie you will manage end to end recruitment projects, develop talent pipelines and work with the leaders, hiring managers and the HR team to create an effective and quality oriented recruitment strategy to attract talent.

You will lead and develop the recruitment strategy, for all job openings in Campoverde and you will be supporting in building talent pools for enterprise critical capabilities for the global manufacturing network.

You will manage on-site activity of agencies representatives supporting recruitment of contract workers and manage relationship with agencies and other vendors.

You will lead and develop campus recruiting strategies with the aim to start building the pipeline for AbbVie future leaders.

You will develop ongoing professional relationships with leaders and managers across the various client groups.

You will be involved in defining the communication strategy for external market and tailor the Employer Value Proposition to the target audience.

You will be managing end to end recruitment in a fast-paced environment; you will need to prioritize workloads and manage multiple requests as well as relationships internally and externally.
