Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak.

You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world.

And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career

Processing Solutions and Equipment mission is to be the integrated industrial food solutions provider by: delivering competitive integrated food and liquid food solutions that satisfy a customer's own market need; Across relevant categories, delivering processing excellence; Using automation and digital to improve total-cost-of-ownership and quality for customers by delivering integrated line solutions, value chain solutions, and customer systems; Maximizing sales through both our own and third party channels.

Within the PSE Finance team, we are now looking for a Future Talent Business Analyst, that will be responsible for business and financial analysis for the Business Sector Liquid Food Solutions.

In this position you will be responsible for:
Drive sound business and financial analysis for the LFS Management in the areas of opportunities, order intake, projects, margins, efficiency and utilization
Support the implementation of BI tools
Drive simplification and standardization of the reporting processes/procedures
Participate to continuous improvement initiatives
This position will be based in Lund or Modena.

We believe you have
Degree Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or Data Science.

You have strong IT skills (especially SAP R/3, BI and Power BI) and you are accustomed to Microsoft Office software.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Capital Equipment and Service business knowledge as well as WCM knowledge and short experience are considered a plus.

You have a passion for data, you are a natural simplifier, you are proactive and energetic, result driven and you have strong communications skills.
