Under the supervision of the Manager, with its own activity an intern supports in contributing to improve the school experience of Istituto Marangoni's international students, in particular Chinese-speaking.
He/She supports the Manager in the development of initiatives aimed at satisfying the needs of the students' experience, through a customer care approach.
Students Life Service - Supports the Customer Care Manager by implementing and optimizing the services offered to students (week zero, welcome activities, students engagement activities, etc.), with particular reference to Chinese language students.
Customer Care - Supports the Manager in customer care activities aimed at the School's international students, in particular Chinese speaker students, paying particular attention to their individual needs by providing a range of possible solutions.
Alongside with the Manager, he is personally committed to active listening, supporting it in the preparation of appropriate reports to monitor the activities carried out.
Relations with external partners - Supports the Manager in the communication and contact of external partners, guaranteeing Istituto Marangoni students's a luxury school service.
Master or Degree in Foreign Literature and Cultures;
Excellent knowledge of the Chinese language;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
Excellent knowledge of WeChat;
Passion for the Fashion and Luxury sector;
Ability to work in a team.
