As Store Manager you are the first brand ambassador of the brand. You will provide overall leadership and accountability of the store team to create a premium consumer experience.

maximize turnover to exceed required targets and develop strategies for improving performance
manage the presentation and the merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office retail strategy
accountable to meeting financial goals for sales andstandard KPI on required basis
control market trends and competitor products
lead the people, keeping them motivated and committed to the company's core value
manage the performance of the team by meeting sales targets, traffic flow, profit, growth and customer service targets.
set clear goals, run efficiently all store operations
proficient and expert user in all core systems ( POS, Retail PRO, Excel, Word)
