Reporting to the PR and Communication Manager he/she has the following mission:
- Expand Brand awareness and visibility globally by securing that Global PR& communication strategy is consistently implemented on a local basis. Contribute to produce meaningful and audience-relevant press contents to support product/corporate launches.
- Develop and expand press/influencer network.
- Reinforce Brand equity and secure Brand image is globally aligned to the Maison distinctive positioning.
- Support in management of Ambassadors/ Celebrities endorsement as well as of Influencers/Content Creators related activities.
Main Responsibilities
PR
- Maximize editorial (online and offline) coverage from a qualitative and quantitative point of view by sharing communication guidelines and PR angles with local PRs.
- WW Press offices coordination, run monthly meetings with markets to assist them in the implementation of the communication strategy.
- Monitor and analyze the global editorial coverage results and lead markets to the Global press coverage objectives.
- Develop press materials related to new product launches and corporate projects.
- Develop PR&Communication Guidelines
- Draft interviews of Spokepeople
INFLUENCER MARKETING
- Support the development of Influencer marketing strategy either on a local and Global level throughout the whole process of selection, reachout, negotiation, briefing and reporting.
- Develop creative guidelines for influencers
- Organize Watch consignments
AMBASSADORS
- Organize interviews with Brand Ambassadors
- Monitor Ambassadors performances
- Secure Ambassadors involvement into strategic communication projects
INTERNAL WORKFLOW
- Work in synergy with Marketing, Digital and Creative team to generate synergies among all product launches and press events.
- News sharing with Richemont PR Group
Key Performance Indicators
- Press involvement in occasion of product launches, events or special PR activities
- ROI in term of press editorial coverage, ensuring the CSR projects implemented
- Minds platform evaluation
Knowledge and Professional skills
- Bachelor's Degree (5 years) in Communication/Marketing related fields;
- 35 years' experience in communication in Global Structured Companies
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and communications skills, ability to prioritize and multitask;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment;
- Ability to establish work priorities and remain flexible;
- Knowledge of the print/digital media, social media and influencers landscape;
- Solutionoriented and able to adapt quickly to change;
- Positive and focused professional team player;
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization and the public;
- Strong technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
