Start Up - Incubation Specialist

Commitment & contract: Full time, fixed term contract (3 years)_

YOUR TEAM

You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support IIT research activity.

You will be working in the Technology Transfer Directorate, coordinated by

Lorenzo De Michieli:

a multi-disciplinary group where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, with the aim of transferring research results to the market and society.

Specifically, you will support the Startup and Entrepreneurship Office in managing the "Hub for Entrepreneurship (H4E)", the new startup incubator of IIT.

Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:

monitoring and acting as reference point for the activities of the H4E

- monitoring incubated companies and supporting startup projects development
- interacting with investors and stakeholders interested in collaborating with the H4E
- contributing to the development of marketing and communication content on the IIT incubator

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Documented experience in supporting the growth of startups, business planning and the main economicfinancial topics related to the startup world
Good knowledge of the English language
Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word, Power Point and Excel
A cooperative approach with the stakeholders
Accuracy and good analytical skills

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

Master's Degree in Economics or Management or related topics
Good communication skills
Strong problemsolving attitude
High motivation to learn
Spirit of innovation and creativity
Good in time and priority management
Ability to work in a challenging and international environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment
