Overview

Role

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the public sector
Monitor and assess the segment's performance against its strategic plan
Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in the segment's operations
Lead and manage performance improvement projects
Design and implement reports and dashboards to monitor the key performance indicators integrating data coming from the internal tools in use (e.g., salesforce, MPA)
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to the segment leadership team and other stakeholders
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector

All About You

Master's degree in business administration or a related field
Some experience in performance measurement, or data analysis in the public sector or a related industry
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to details
Fluency in English and another European language
Location: Rome or Milan, Italy
Consulting background is preferred
