YellowSquare is looking for a Receptionist for his Hostel in Florence.


The Tasks:

  • Dealing with bookings;
  • Completing Checkin and Checkout procedures;
  • Preparing bills and taking payments;
  • Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
  • Dealing with complaints or problems;

Requirements:


  • Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
  • Flexibility: working time and hours. Morning, afternoon, evening, night Shifts
  • Excellence in customer service;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
  • Belonging to "Categorie Protette" (L. 68/99)
