FPC Italia (belonging to the Industry & Products Zone of Freyssinet), is a leading company in the field of special technologies applied to the construction world and in particular focused on design, production and testing in both static and dynamic field of structural bearings and anti-seismic devices.

For FPC Italia, we look for Chief Accountant.

The Chief Accoutant will be responsible for overseeing all financial, administrative, and controlling activities within the country.

This includes ensuring compliance with local accounting principles, managing financial and administrative processes, and effectively controlling the economic performance of the Italian structure.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare the annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting principles.
  • Manage administrative and financial functions, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee general and analytical accounting activities, maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records.
  • Plan and manage internal cash flow to ensure optimal financial stability.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for auditing and tax compliance.
  • Develop and submit the reporting package based on IFRS accounting principles.
  • Monitor various Profit and Loss (P&L) items and analyze margins and sales volumes regularly.
  • Provide valuable financial insights to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Collaborate with headquarters, engaging in constructive discussions and reporting financial performance updates.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Profil:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
4-5 years of previous experience in progressively responsible finance roles.

Experience working with companies that operate on a job order basis is essential.
Thorough knowledge of international accounting standards and financial analysis techniques.
Proficiency in working with ERP platforms and the Microsoft Office package.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to interact with headquarters effectively.
Analytical mindset with exceptional organizational abilities.
Flexibility and autonomy in executing tasks within a dynamic work environment.
