1 Descrizione Randstad Technologies, the division specialized in the search and selection of IT profiles of Randstad Italia, in partnership with a consolidated company in the Supply Chains sectoris looking for a figure of:

DATA ANALYSISo Provide efficient data analysis by using our Business intelligence tools as Power BI and in Data Flows Tools (i.e. Dell Boomi);o Creating new reporting solution;o Supporting the business in refine, reviewing their reporting tool;o Providing training to the business pushing the usage of Business Intelligence tool.
INCIDENTS SUPPORT:
Identify critical issues, managing it with a structured approach (problem solving methodologies); o Design and run (facilitate) workshops with a variety of stakeholders to analyze challenges and generate solutions using process solutions.
CUSTOMER, COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT and PROCESS ANALYSI o Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships by improving IT Solutions;o Drive new Customer integrations;o Assistand Facilitate team and operations meetings;o Process mapping and analysis, including process data seeking, analysis and communication.
PROJECT RELATED TASKS:
Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish will be a plus);
Good knowledges in Reporting and Business intelligence tool (Business Object, Power BI, SQL Server);
Ability to manage Customer Relationships at technical level;
Good Presenting and Communications skills;
Problem and Incident management;
Passion for technology;
Curiosity and Flexibility;
Time Management and prioritization capabilities;
Process mapping and analysis;
Business requirements analysis and Relevant Knowledges in ERP:

SAP, WMS, TMS and CRM.

Experienced in IT Projects management and It Product Management, related to ERP solutions; Will be considered a plus:

ITIL and/or Prince2 Certification;
Supply chain and/or logistics experience;
SAP Knowledges;
Dell Boomi & Java script
