SALES CONSULTANT / LUXURY BRAND / ST. MORITZ

Duties and Responsabilities_
- Approach customers and offer them advice with an high level customer service, according to standard
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, with strong drive for results
- Mantain a good work environment
- Develop local and international client portfolio
- Be a brand ambassador of the brand
- Stock activities
- Ensure customers' needs and resolve all customer issue
- Collaborate with team member in order to satisfy all customer needs.
- Fluent Italian and English is required, German is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
- Good IT skills
- Customer oriented
- Multi tasking abilities
