ABOUT WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION

This role in summary:

Your responsibilities will include:

Initiation and deployment of manufacturing continuous improvement actions
Supporting the Production team on continuous improvement projects related to ergonomics, safety, energy, material waste, efficiency and automation
Machine ledger project deployment
Benchmarking process activities coordination
Improve process and related KPI monitoring

Minimum requirements:

Are you:

A Master's Degree student or a fresh graduate in Engineering (lean manufacturing knowledge will be considered as a plus)?
Proficient Italian and English speaker?
Very familiar with Google Workspace (mainly Google Docs, Sheets and Slides)?
A strong team player who shares our values and drive for innovation?
Proactive and flexible problem solver?
