We are looking for a
Graphic Designer to join the Art and Graphic Designer team of its Head Quarter in Milan.

PURPOSE

S/he will be accountable for conceptualizing, designing and producing various graphics and visual contents, both offline and online, to reach all specific communication and promotional needs.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Working closely with both the Creative Director and the Art Director with a scope to translate their ideas
Working independently, but also alongside the other creative team members and other experts in the marketing team
Creating visual designs and layouts to communicate the Fashion Projects concepts
Managing photo shooting from concept to delivery for Look books, special projects and ecommerce
Responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience in art direction and graphic design for Fashion
Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion industry
Demonstrated passion and understanding of trend and visual culture
Proven expertise with

Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Premiere or After Effects, InDesign and Illustrator skills a must

Ability to seek out opportunities to elevate graphics though craft and construction
Excellent research and connecting skills.
Passion for discovering new talent illustrator and Photographers
Knowledge of design, art, culture, fashion, trends that push our brand forward
Awareness of current creative trends and innovations
Selfmotivation, accountability and positive attitude
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with demanding deadlines, is detailoriented and strategic thinker.
Fluent English.
