The division operates in France through Urbasolar, one of the top players and pioneers since 2016 in its domestic market, and acting as a group platform able to provide all the expertise needed in a PV project worldwide.

We operate across Europe through several entities including Axpo Solar Italia based in Rome, Milan and Bari.


Mission:


As a Project Development Manager you will ensure the management of projects in the development phase, jointly with Axpo Solar Italia partners or pure greenfield, and guarantee the achievement of objectives in terms of ready-to-build projects.


Your missions will be the following:

  • Carry-out the preliminary development studies and coordinate all the project teams and third-party service providers
  • Find the service providers and to coordinate and interface with them during the consultation phases and the execution phase
  • Constitute the administrative files and submit them to the relevant authorities and lead the administrative process, provide the necessary clarifications and ensure the obtaining of the administrative approvals
  • Conduct all the permitting phases, participate in the public meetings, meetings and dialogue with the administrations and grid operator, ensure the issuance of all the permits in due time
  • Set up development budgets for each project and followup the budget once approved internally
  • Guarantee the achievement of the schedules and budgets of the projects until obtaining all the authorizations (PAS, PAUR, DILA...).
  • Analysis of new project proposals
  • For the aquisition of projects, participate in the assessment of the projects, and then in the monitoring and coordination of the codeveloper
  • Participate in the negotiations of the different contracts (land, connection, SPA and shareholder agreements), in cooperation with local partners, and by relying on internal support functions and on external service providers.
  • Regular reporting and ongoing information on identified problems and proposed solutions

You will report to the Head of Project Development - South Italy and work in close cooperation with the project teams based in Rome, Milan and Montpellier.


Profile:

A Master's degree or engineering degree + 2 years' experience within PV or wind development projects in Italy is a must

You shall have a good knowledge of the solar basic technical aspects and a good understanding of Italian PV & Electricity markets

You will be expected to demonstrate the following abilities:

  • Project management skill (methodology and rigor)
  • Excellent communication skills Italian (primary language)

  • Ability to feredate and convince
  • Efficiency and priority management
