For a company, part of a multinational group, with a view to globally strengthening systems and processes, we are looking for a:

Digital & Innovation Specialist - Project Manager Servizi HR

Reporting directly to the Global Innovation Senior Manager, you will be responsible for implementing innovation projects on existing tools (CRM, Marketing Automation, ATS, WMS, LXP) at a global level, defining the method, scope and approach, coordinating the project team.

You will also be responsible for supporting the strategic analysis and identifying improvement areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Design project requirements from Business need;
Review and redesign part of the business model;
Projects management in collaboration with PMO;
Conduct studies and research on new technologies;
Define scope, plan and risks to reach the goal;
Identify the stakeholder that need to be involved in the activity;
Monitor the project execution and support the team in solving problems.

Job Requirements:

University Degree preferably in Economical field;
Preferably coming from a multinational context human resources sector;
Experience in a similar role at least 2 years;
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies;
Knowledge of business and IT process and procedures;
Process design and software life cycle knowledge;
English fluent in both written and spoken;
Complete the profile: result orientation, excellent interpersonal and relational skills, proactivity, determination and problem solving.
