General Services**:

What you will be doing
You will support our General Sevices and Procurement teams and through constant training on the job, you'll carry out the following activities:

Get acquainted to the Procurement unit's activities, following with methods, process and regulations
Purchase order handling and Administration follow up
Reporting
Supplier Interaction
Support the daily activities of General Service team
Oral/written responses to queries from internal and external clients regarding procurement and general services matters, ensuring punctuality and paying particular attention to response times;
Management of corporate and onboarding access
