A Direct Enrolment is a professional who initializes and manages relationships with prospects and potential students. They serve as their point of contact and lead from initial outreach through the making of the final purchase.

We are looking for 2 qualified Direct Enrolment Officer/ Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with potential students and overseeing enrolments.

Direct Enrolment duties and responsibilities include:

  • courses using solid arguments to prospective students.
- new sales opportunities through micro conversion targets and ongoing monitoring.
- the CRM platform (SalesForce) maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, keeping track of interactions, responses, tasks and follow-up activities.

  • Specifically_:
- potential leads' fit and readiness for the offer via structured approach and good questioning and schedule meetings and contacts to progress the sales process.
- personally (in campus and online) students and families in order to give all orientation information and to maximize prospect conversion.
- all the promotional events organized within the campus and online in order to support and maximise the enrollment campaign.
- students questions about enrollment procedures, respond to applicants and follow-up on missing documents, provide detailed information about scholarships and financial aid

About You

Strong communication skills

  • Wellspoken and articulate. Professional, friendly phone and in person manner. Persuasive and persistent yet friendly and personable.
- cold calling with confident telephone manner

  • Active listening using empathy and understanding

Experience:

- outbound sales experience involving cold-warm calling is essential.

Job requirements:
He/she has solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is key.

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Contract and compensation to be defined.
