Overview


He/She will deal directly with DOS stores, Wholesalers and the referents of different regions, opening tickets, evaluating technical issue, cost and time of repair, managing the entire repair or destruction process or the spare part orders, providing documents creation.

Your Mission

  • Receive and evaluate After Sale issues by direct contact with customer;
  • Evaluate technical issue;
  • Estimate time and cost of repair;
  • Identify the procedure of repair or destruction;
  • Collaborate with all other functions involved in After Sale process (Production);
  • Manage spare parts orders;
  • Create documents for the process traceability;
  • Able to manage customs practices.
Your Talent

  • Expertise in After Sale Services
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Good Technical knowledge in RTW product
  • Ability in work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
Systems and Essentials

  • Fashion industry studies or equivalent training
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
