In TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Internal
sales specialist for a maternity cover period.


The specialist will focus on our PC business, will have allocated accounts and develop a deep knowledge of portfolio processes and vendors pricing.

He/she will have the responsibility of managing quotes and closing orders; and will incentivized based on part of the portfolio.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Generate new business opportunities** by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on product/solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company

Engages in active inside selling** by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities

  • Manages
    reporting and
    customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"
  • Either manages project endtoend or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements

Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions

  • Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
  • Attainment of Key Performance Indicators ( KPI's ) such as customer engagement
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
  • Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, crossselling etc.)

Provides accurate and timely quotations

Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system**, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED
-
2+ years of experience

  • Passion or
    curiosity towards the IT selling ecosystem. A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential

Pro-activeness and
motivation to learn and perform in a selling environment

  • Understanding of sales processes

Excellent
telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Priority management and planning skills
  • Strive to achieve set targets

Good relationship building

Fluent Italian and good English
