Position:


At Loro Piana, we are looking for a committed HR Business Partner based in Impruneta (FI) who will be involved in all the HR Management processes related to the Luxury Goods Division Industrial area, with focus on the Loro Piana central Italy plants dedicated to Leather Goods (Impruneta) and Shoes (Porto Sant'Elpidio and Porto San Giorgio).


Purpose


As an HR Business Partner, you will support managers to drive workforce performance, providing front line support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational efficiency and change.


You will be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization, from Plant Managers to highly skilled craftsmen.

You are someone who encompasses strong eye for industrial business and matters, excellent communication and influencing skills, critical thinking and planning/project management abilities, as well as the demonstrable track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Furthermore, as an HRBP you will assess the human resources needs in terms of headcount, company culture, organizational design, compensation, and leadership development whilst driving the appropriate solutions in these areas.


Activities

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure the efficiency and quality of our recruitment process;
  • Ensure an efficient management of people, identifying and mentoring talents across the organization whilst implementing development and performance improvement;
  • Supporting the annual budget and forecasting process definition. Prepare monthly and annual reports in collaboration with the HR Operations & Administration Team;
  • Ensure proper implementation of compensation & benefit policies; handle annual reward review process; identify retention risks and draw consistent reward actions;
  • Support in litigation and disciplinary cases;
  • Maintain compliance with legal and contractual provisions within the labour law, health and safety and code of ethics guidelines;
  • Ensure an accurate and timely management of SAP HR Information, according to the Loro Piana and the LVMH Group internal processes and systems;
  • Facilitate HR communications and reporting.

Profile:


  • University Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. A MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated;
  • 3 5 years of experience in Human Resources in industrial contexts, preferably in the Luxury sector;
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with key crossfunctional partners and the senior leadership team across the organization;
  • Outstanding customer focus and dedication to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, selfdisciplined and motivated to create new things, used to work both strategically and handson, balancing high quality longterm achievements and quick wins;
  • Shows proactivity and curiosity;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English.
