About the job

What will you do?

We are looking for an intern to assist the Commercial Excellence (ComEx ) function in delivering ComEx initiatives for the Italian market.

The intern will work under the supervision of the Commercial Excellence Manager and work closely with the sales & marketing team to develop appropriate data, analysis & insights and performance management tracking initiatives.

As Commercial Excellence Intern your main focus will be on:

CRM activities: supporting roll-out of new CRM and supporting existing CRM system

Analysis & Insights Generation: Understand business, external performance, competitors, product trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations to achieve business objectives and address opportunities and/or challenges.

Dashboard and Report Development: Identify data reporting opportunities within the existing databases, and thereafter develop the appropriate dashboards / reports to maximize the use of data.

Sales Excellence Initiatives: Conduct analyses on salesforce performance KPIs and work with respective stakeholders to provide the required data. Assist in building and maintaining accurate reports and databases, assist in preparation of presentations, run desktop research on assigned projects.

Strengthening communication: engage our sales & marketing team through effective and timely communication

What are we looking for?

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Data Science, IT or a related field.
Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.
Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story.
If you have knowledge of business visualization tools such as Power BI can be a plus.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel (VLookup, Index Match, Pivot Tables, etc)..
Keen attention to details and accuracy
Strong written and oral communication skills
Fluent in Italian and Good level of English (B2)
Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, problemsolve, work in teams, and focus on delivering assigned work
