Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, is looking for an Invoicing and Reporting Specialist with fluent French to join our Industry Business Line in Italy.

Industry Services is the Business Line providing a wide range of Energy technical services support exploration and production, engineering, refining, testing, inspection, quality, research, and related hydrocarbon industry activities across the world.

Intertek Industry services and solutions help clients meet quality, safety, performance, financial and other goals.

Posizione:

Issuing invoices in line with the contract the customers
Carry out credit collection activities on the unpaid invoices
Liaise with Operations, Finance and with the Sales in order to collect any information needed for the billing purposes
Prepare summary of WIP status and credit collection in Excel
Use customer portals for invoicing purposes
Use Intertek tools for the generation of electronic invoices

Requisiti:

High school Diploma or University Degree in economics areas
Fluent in French and English
Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Have an inclination for figures
Capable to get organized and meet deadlines
