**Attività previste**:

- Definizione e aggiornamento mensile della Dashboard Quality of Service, deputata a monitorare il tempo di disponibilità delle Piattaforme di gioco globali, rispetto agli SLA target, e gli incidenti tecnici accaduti, coordinando l'intero processo di aggiornamento
- Definizione dei requisiti evolutivi della Dashboard Quality of Service, project management delle attività evolutive, validazione della corretta esecuzione delle attività evolutive
- Gestione mensile di report dettagliati per monitorare il rispetto degli SLA definiti (tempo di acknowledge, tempo di risoluzione, etc.) relativi agli incidenti tecnici delle piattaforme di gioco in ambito Lotterie
- Gestione settimanale/mensile di report per monitorare il rispetto degli SLA definiti (contatti ricevuti, contatti gestiti, % abbandonate, etc.) relativamente ai Contact Center internazionali rivolti ai giocatori
- Produzione di presentazioni di monitoraggio e sintesi del Budget CIO
- Supporto alla gestione del Ciclo Passivo

**Requisiti**:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Ottime capacità analitiche e di reporting
- Conoscenza dei processi di Service Management, Incident Management e Operation
- Conoscenze tecniche di base in ambito infrastrutture IT
- Conoscenza dei principali KPI di Operation
- Conoscenza dei principali KPI dei Contact Center
- Esperienza nella formalizzazione di Requisiti Utente
- Capacità di gestione e indirizzamento problemi
- Team working
- Meticolosità e precisione
- Ottima capacità di comunicazione e di interazione con gli stakeholders di processo (Finance, Responsabili di Area, HR, ecc.)
- Ottima conoscenza di xls e Power Point
- È elemento qualificante la conoscenza di Power BI e del sistema SAP: moduli CO, MM e FI
- È elemento qualificante aver maturato precedenti esperienze in ambito consulenziale o in aziende strutturate di grandi dimensioni

**Esperienza professionale/Seniority**:
La risorsa dovrà aver maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza in tematiche di Reporting

**Titolo di Studi**:
Titolo preferenziale Laurea in materie economico-scientifiche.

**Activities**:

- Definition and monthly update of the Quality-of-Service Dashboard, supposed to monitor the availability of the Global Gaming platforms, compared to the target SLA, and the technical incidents recorded, coordinating the entire updating process
- Definition of the Quality-of-Service Dashboard evolution requirements, project management of the evolution activities, user acceptance tests
- Management and monthly update of the detailed reports to monitor target SLAs (acknowledge time, resolution time, ecc.) related to the Lottery platforms technical incidents
- Weekly/monthly management of reports to monitor target SLAs (contacts offered, contacts handled, abandonment rate, etc.) related to the International Player Contact Centers
- Budget summary and monitoring presentations production
- Support on Account/Payable management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Service and Incident Management, and Operations processes knowledge
- IT infrastructure basic knowledge
- Main Operation KPI knowledge
- Main Contact Center KPI knowledge
- User Requirements formalization experience
- Ability to manage and address issues
- Team working
- Excellent attitude to pay attention to detail
- Advanced user of xls and power point
- Excellent communication skills and interaction with the Process stakeholders (Finance, Directors, HR, etc.)
- Knowledge of Power BI and CO, MM and FI SAP modules is a qualifying element
- Previous experience in consulting or large companies is a qualifying element

**Professional Experience/Seniority**:
Previous experience of at least 3 years on reporting

**Qualification**:
Preferential degree in economics and science.
