Job Description:

We are currently seeking a WW Head of Visual Merchandising as part of our dynamic team in Milan._
How you will contribute?_
Create concepts for instore and windows displays of goods, across all product categories, for Flagships, Department stores, Showrooms in line with the Creative Director's vision
Overseeing the entire process, from conception to implementation, of all product displays (WW)
Creating and sharing WW guidelines, seasonally, in partnership with Collection and Retail Merchandising and regional Visual Merchandising partners, for all displays, to optimize visual aesthetics
Regularly liaising with the Architecture Team and the Collection and Retail Merchandising Teams to ensure objectives are aligned and creative coherence is maintained across all projects
Researching costs and working within a budget
Overseeing the showrooms set up for collection presentation
Overseeing Visual Merchandising of the website
Oversee any company activity where any kind of product setup is requested
Collaborate with wholesale team for their request of shootings and digital showroom with collection merchandising
According to the Company strategy ensuring a stimulating environment that enhances the customer store experience and promotes brand consistency
Who you are?_
Previous experience (at least 10 years) in Visual Merchandising for fashion retailers or experience within artistic world
Good communication skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Attention to detail and solid knowledge of current trends
Flexibility in travelling often
Be able to concentrate and work to tight deadlines
Be energetic and practical
Good computer skills (Office, Photoshop )
Fluent in English, Italian is a plus
