- Monitoring of active and passive invoices related to foreign branches on a monthly basis
- Preparation of local branch VAT and Intrastat declaration according to local requirements
- Supporting the Accounting manager in the monthly and annual closing process
- Analysis of all the outstanding invoices and preparation of the relevant accrual necessary for the monthly closure of the legal entity
- Analysis of intercompany reconciliation
- Management of the payment process assuring timeliness and accuracy
- Graduation in Economics, Accounting
- Knowledge of SAP, in particular modules FI/CO
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Ppt.)
- Proficiency English knowledge, both written and spoken.
- At least 2-3 years as Junior accountant
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with focus on the details
- Flexibility and ability to work within a team.
