We are looking for a
Process Analyst to join our Operational Excellence Corporate Projects department in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD) directly reporting to the Business Projects PM.

Key Responsibilities:

To execute and to lead interfunctional projects and activities related to Corporate and Business
To promote the improvement of Group efficiency through process assessment and mapping and trough the promotion of the information exchange across functions.
To actively learn (or improve) Operational Excellence Tools, Project Management, Change Management, Lean principles and methodologies.
To actively promote knowledge sharing on these topics across the Group.

Qualifications

Education: Business Administration or Engineering master's degree (or related fields)
Languages: English and Italian, both fluent
Experience: 13 years dealing with project management and improvement of process efficiency (preferably in consulting firms)
Skills: Project Management, Process Mapping, Change Management, Lean Methodology
